On September 6, the Khokim of the Tashkent region, Mr. Zoir Mirzaev and his delegation paid an official visit to the Association and signed a Memorandum of Understanding on major projects currently being implemented with enterprises and organizations of the Association in the Tashkent region.

In particular, during this visit, an MOA was signed for a large-scale project worth about 750 million dollars, including a Korean-style new city, a university, a general hospital and a fire safety and disaster training center within the "Nurafshan New City Project (about 150 ha)" in Tashkent region and this project will be implemented by a special corporation TDC Group (General Director Choi In-chan) signed an agreement on behalf of the company.

Meanwhile, at today's meeting, Hokim Zoir Mirzaev asked the Chairman of the board of directors of the Association, Mr. Kim Chang Keon, to recommend an excellent Korean architectural design specialist who will advise on the entire development of Tashkent in the future, and in response, Chairman of the board of directors Kim Chang Keon said that in the near future he will recommend a number of qualified and competent staff as an urban development adviser in Tashkent after interviewing candidates.
