Chairman of the board of directors Kim Chang Keon, who is officially visiting Uzbekistan, visited the Ministry of Emergency Situations on the 23rd to pay a courtesy call on Vice-Minister Mr. Latifjonov. They exchanged wide-ranging opinions on the development of the Uzbek fire industry and related friendly cooperation.

In particular, opinions on the construction of the Uzbekistan Fire Safety Complex Center, which is currently being jointly promoted by the Korea TDC Consortium (6 major consortium companies), the Korea Fire Industry Association, Korea Fire Institute, and Eurasia Networks Group, were discussed. It was agreed that the two countries governments and private sectors will jointly provide active support so that the project can be carried out as soon as possible.

The Uzbekistan Fire Safety Complex project is planned to be carried out on a 5-hectare site with a direct investment of about $30 million. It is a development of a Korean-style fire and disaster safety complex such as the construction of a fire station, a fire safety training center, a disaster education center, and a resort for public officials on the site of the new city of Nurafshon in Tashkent.

Meanwhile, Eurasia Networks Group, in cooperation with the Korea Fire Industry Association, the National Fire Agency, and Korea-Uzbekistan Business Association, donated six fire engines, two ambulance vehicles, and various fire equipment to Uzbekistan's Ministry of Emergency Situations this year in 2022.
