Opening Ceremony Was Held for New Engineering Building at Korea Intern…
KUBA’s board member KIUF held the opening ceremony on the 10th of March for its new engineering building. All the necessary high-tech equipment for electrical engineering, computer engineering, construction engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, etc. of the school's engineering department was supplied directly from Korea and installed, making it the best facility among Uzbek universities.
Currently, KIUF has about 160 professors and faculty members, including 50 Korean professors, two foreign professors invited from the United States, and local professors.
In his congratulatory remarks at the opening ceremony, the Chairman of the board of directors of KUBA Mr. Kim Chang Keon said that although KIUF is an emerging university that has only been established for about four years, it has overcome difficult times such as the pandemic. Mr. Kim Chang Keon also added that KIUF has been developing into a prestigious school in Central Asia beyond Uzbekistan based on the passion of KIUF’s founder Mr. Park Junho, faculty members, and the active interest and support of Fergana Region’s officials.
