Edulink Global CEO Han Chung Rim, who operates ‘Sboard’, a kindergarten notification app with the Ministry of Early Childhood Education, successfully conducts two training sessions for kindergarten teachers in Uzbekistan.

In align with the Uzbekistan government's emphasis on the importance of English education, an official request was made to CEO Han Chung Rim, for a teacher training on the know-how of educating English to children. CEO Han with extensive experience under her belt, took upon this request and conducted a program of English education training for teacher in the form of both online/ offline seminars.

The 1st teacher training was conducted online and offline simultaneously, involving more than 1,000 teachers. The training was themed on a quote “Good is the enemy of Great” derived from ‘Good to Great.’ It implied, 'All teachers are good teachers, but if good teachers were satisfied with mediocrity, he/she will not improve to become a great teacher.’ The program also educated teacher about the understanding the basic characteristics of children and how to use them in English education.

The 2nd teacher training was also conducted online and offline. The following session focused on introducing Task-Based Learning (task-based education), as well as activities that could provide a Student-centered class (learner-centered classes) and motivating (how to motivate) environment for students.

CEO Han emphasized the motto of Edulink Global, ‘Potential is what makes people special’, as well as in response to receiving gifts of Uzbekistan’s heroes from the Innovation Center, she mentioned ‘there are future heroes of Uzbekistan amongst my students.’ In response, all participating teachers expressed their gratitude to CEO Han for introducing innovative ideas and shared their excitement for the next training session.

In addition, Edulink Global CEO Han Chung Rim, had donated 10,000 copies of Animal ABC Friends to the Ministry of Early Childhood Education of Uzbekistan during the UNESCO Conference in November.
