The first deputy of chairman Kim Chang Keon paid a visit to the Minister of Transportation of Uzbekistan on June 11 and discussed various matters on behalf of the transportation infrastructure construction project including the purchase of electric buses, which is currently being pursued by the Ministry of Transport. In the future, the Republic of Uzbekistan will gradually commercialize electric vehicles due to environmental issues regarding internal combustion engine cars. At a time when it is in full swing, they shared comprehensive opinions on the local KD production of Korean electric vehicles. Minister MAKHKAMOV ILKHOM, asked Evergreen Motors to formulate a business plan for the project and make a proposal. The first deputy of chairman  Kim Chang Keon thanked the minister for the project proposal request.  According to The first deputy of chairman  Kim Chang Keon, since Evergreen Motors is planning various things for the electric vehicle project, the company would make a formal project in the near future. Minister MAKHKAMOV ILKHOM thanked The first deputy of chairman  Kim Chang Keon for his sincere efforts for the economic development of the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Uzbekistan as an adviser to a Cabinet of Ministers. The minister also actively proposed to pursue the transportation project together. Meanwhile, discussions on Uzbekistan Airline Cargo Service Agent (CSA) agents were held at the meeting. Both sides agreed with the logistics consortium under the Korea-Uzbekistan Business Association to sign the formal contract in the near future.
