On September 16, in the city of Kokand, Fergana region, the opening ceremony of the showroom of the Hanshin Park City residential complex project, promoted by the Hanshin consortium (Hanshin Public Engineering, Plus International, Eurasia Networks Group), took place. Within the framework of the project, a phased creation of a modern residential complex according to South Korean standards is planned with more than 5 thousand apartments, a school and a preschool educational institution, shopping facilities and green areas.

Also, an underground parking lot for cars will be built in the complex, over which it is planned to build a playground and a recreation area for the city's population.

This project is the largest among the projects for the creation of modern residential complexes currently being implemented in Uzbekistan. Since the opening of the exhibition hall, the sale of apartments has begun, and poetry construction has also begun.

According to the schedule, from the beginning, 216 apartments of this project will be implemented in the second half of 2021, the rest will be divided into four stages and commissioned at the end of 2024.

The name of the local corporation for this project is "Hanshin Park City", which will be promoted within the framework of the program for the comprehensive socio-economic development of the city, as well as improving the living conditions of the population of Uzbekistan.
