As a result of the presidential election of Uzbekistan on the 24th, President Mr. Shavkat Mirziyoyev was re-elected with an overwhelming approval rating of 80.1%, and a new five-year term began.

The National Election Commission of Uzbekistan officially announced the results of this election on the 25th, announcing that the current president, Mr. Shavkat Mirziyoyev, was elected with an approval rating of 80.1%.

With this, President Shavkat Mirziyyev laid foundation for further spurring the drastic reform and opening policy that he had continuously promoted during his last term and the five key development policies based on overwhelming support from the public.
