Chairman of the board of directors Kim Chang Keon (Edward Kim) held a round table meeting, luncheon and dinner schedule with Mr. Safaev, the first vice chairman of the Uzbekistan National Assembly, and Member of Assembly Mr Viktor Park, who were officially visiting Korea on July 20.
The official visit of Uzbekistan's National Assembly members to Korea was conducted in the form of a public hearing in which the important issues of the current Uzbekistan government's constitutional amendment and open policy were officially shared with the relevant ministries of the Korean government, the National Assembly, the business community, and academia and etc.
About 60 key figures from the government, government, and business circles of the Republic of Korea attended this public hearing to listen to the announcements of the drastic reform and opening policy that Uzbekistan is promoting, as well as constitutional amendments to related laws and regulations.
Chairman of the board of directors Kim , who served as the representative speaker of the Korean side, is expected to gain more momentum from the epochal reform and opening policy under the new government of Uzbekistan, and in particular, laws related to attracting foreign investment for economic development, such as revision of the Foreign Investment Promotion Act, recognition of private land privatization, and easing of permanent residency acquisition, and It emphasized the need for further amendments.
Meanwhile, the Uzbekistan government is in the process of amending the constitution by collecting and preparing various opinions that can revise related laws and regulations within the second half of this year.
