On the 25th, First Vice Chairman Kim Chang Keon met with Minister Laziz Kudratov at the reception hall of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, engaging in discussions on a variety of topics.

During the meeting, a ceremony was held to appoint Minister Laziz Kudratov as an Economic Advisor to the Association. In his remarks, Minister Kudratov expressed his special interest in the economic development of both the Republic of Uzbekistan and Korea. He also pledged to pay close attention and provide active support to ensure that various companies under the Association can expand into Uzbekistan without any difficulties.

It was also agreed that, in the third quarter of this year, a large-scale economic delegation will be organized under the Association and dispatched to the Republic of Uzbekistan. In this regard, both parties concurred on the establishment of a joint task force between the two organizations to begin preparations.
