On August 6, Chairwoman of Senate of Oliy Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Mrs. Tanzila Narbayeva official visited Korea-Uzbekistan Business Center.

During her visit to Korea from 6th to 9th, first day of her official visit began with meeting Mr. Park Nam Chun, Mayor of Incheon City. This day she also visited Korea-Uzbekistan Business Center in order to have the meeting with the Chairman of the Korea-Uzbekistan Business Center, Mr. Kim Chang Keon, and she expressed gratitude to him for his high contribution to the economic development of the two countries.

During the meeting between the Chairwoman of Senate Mrs. Tanzila Narbayeva and the Chairman of Korea-Uzbekistan Business Center, Mr. Kim Chang Keon, she confirmed the crucial role of the Korea-Uzbekistan Business Center in the gradual expansion of bilateral trade and economic cooperation and asked him to continue cooperation and support in the future.  

Moreover, the Chairwoman of Senate, Mrs. Tanzila Narbayeva met with the President of the Republic of Korea, Mr. Moon Jae-In, Chairman of Senate, Mr. Moon Hee-Sang, and former UN Secretary-General, Mr. Ban Ki-Moon, and undertook various consultations with special requests in order for further development of economic and friendly cooperation between the two countries which have been upgraded as special

partnerships.
