Video conference with the State Assets Management Agency and the Admin…

On June 1 of this year, a videoconference was held at the Korea Uzbekistan Business Association between representatives of the State Asset Management Agency of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade and the Korean Asset Management Corporation, which were attended by the head of the foreign projects department, Mr. Woo John Chol and the head of the department for overseas projects Ms. Hwang In Young. 

During the conference, experience and working methods of the Korean side in the field of asset management were discussed. Uzbekistan asked questions regarding the basic methods of work and advanced examples of asset management, and also proposed cooperation on conducting programs to improve the skills of specialists in Uzbekistan. 

In addition, with the participation of representatives of the Samarkand Region Administration, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade and the head of Samdong ENT, Mr. Jong Yong-gyu, negotiations were held on a project to create a waste recycling cluster, which is included in the list of state projects for 2020-2022.
