On Oct 5th, 2018, Uzbekistan Trade Representative in Korea hosted the seminar of advancing the project of business investment status in Uzbekistan. For this event, 12 ambassadors in Korea were invited by Mr. Vitaliy Fen, the Ambassador of Uzbekistan in Korea. Mr. Edward Kim Chang Keon (President of Uzbekistan Trade Representative in Korea/Honorary Consul of Uzbekistan Embassy/CEO of Evergreen Motors Corp) had the presentation that specifically handled the featured projects in Uzbekistan.
In addition to the future vision of Uzbekistan, the presentation conveyed vital information on investment environment conditions, strategies, methods, and the ongoing projects, which are under the supervision of the Uzbekistan Trade Representative in Korea. The presentation had attracted a lot of attention from the participants.
Finally, Mr. Kim Chang Keon asked for cooperation from the ambassadors of each country in order to promote such projects and trade in Uzbekistan in the future. He further mentioned that he would cooperate with Korea
and Uzbekistan as well as other countries to revitalize the economy, and wished
that many countries would be interested in this investment-related briefing.
The Uzbekistan Trade Representative in Korea hopes that his investment seminar
will be a meaningful opportunity in terms of facilitating foreign
investment in difficult economic circumstances.
