VISIT TO FEZ "KOKAND"

On September 21, Deputy Chairman of the Korea Uzbekistan Business Association of Uzbekistan Kim Chan Keon and his delegation visited the Kokan Free Economic Zone and held a meeting with officials on the project to create a cosmetic factory "LYA Nature". At the meeting, an idea was made about the prospects and state of the cosmetic business market, the procedures for registering the project area, and the support of the project from the Kokan FEZ. The parties agreed to speed up the exchange of information and the implementation of the Action Plan for the implementation of the project. At present, neighboring countries like China, Russia, and Turkey are actively investing in the Kokan FEZ. The representative of the Kokan FEZ who was present at the meeting thanked Deputy Chairman Kim Chang Keon for visiting despite the difficult situation due to COVID-19 and promised to allocate the best site in the area for the LYA Nature project.
